India PCC from Toronto

I contacted my local police station, who informed me they conducted the verification online two weeks ago. However, my application status hasn't been updated yet. Has anyone else encountered a similar situation? Any suggestions on what I should do next?

I have emailed cons.toronto@mea.gov.in today. They mentioned that the PCC is still with my local police station, but a police officer visited my house on April 24th and completed everything online. So, I am not sure where the delay is. I have informed the Indian embassy of the same.

May 10th PCC is clear. so waiting for it to print and get posted.

Meanwhile, my friend's PCC was already printed on May 9th, and we submitted it on the same day.

2024-04-04 I went to BLS Brampton using their Premium Lounge service and submitted my PCC.
2024-04-24 Police officer visited my house.
2024-05-10 PCC is clear. so I'm waiting for it to print and get posted.

2024-04-24 Police officer visited my house.
2024-05-10 PCC is clear. so I'm waiting for it to print and get posted.

My pcc were clear and ready for issuance on may 3rd. No update ever since

I'm gay and I got married to my husband this year. my parents don't know and I applied for pcc. I have typed my husband's name in the pcc form. Is there anyway my parents r going to be notified or questioned about my marital status? What if they say no Im not married? Is it going to affect my pcc

I suggest using the same information as stated in your passport. For instance, if you got married here to your husband but your passport still states 'single,' I recommend providing the same information as in your passport
