Should I include all email addresses listed in one go? Please give me one more advise. Thanks
Hello, I just sent one email including all the emails. It worked for me, but as you know with IRCC each case is different. I hope this information can help you.

UPDATE: After submiting a new photo for my PR Card yesterday. I sent an extended email to all the VO's email including IRCC Minister email. A few minutes later I check my application on GCkey and there was GU1:
  • Final decision - April 10, 2024:Your application is in progress. We will send you a message once the final decision has been made.

Hi, can we explain how to figure out whats GU1 and GU2 , how the status looks at these milestones, if it says application is in progress then is it GU1 ? and whats the status before that , since i linked my application it says, " your application is in progress, we will send you a message once the final decision has been made."

Hi, for what I have read here in the chat G1 is when you have the Final Decision & Date and your application is in progress, we will send you a message once the final decision has been made. Here you wont receive an email or changes on your application.

G2 is when you received an email and tells you that your application has changed the status and they said : your card has been mailed or something like that.

As I said before, I am just repeating what I have read from others experience.

I contacted my MP yesterday and got a standard response today from the Ministerial IRCC department telling me to wait. It sounds like contacting the MP is useless.

If I see general mail in Canada Post, does that mean it's coming to my correct address? I ask because I'm concerned because someone I know had their permanent resident card delivered to the wrong address.

That is GU1. Typically, applicants get their GU2 in less than a week (or even within 1-3 days) after GU1. GU2 will mention that your PR card has been mailed with a date.
