Hi! I know that has been a long time but did you get your PR? My husband is facing the same situation…he works at Mr Lube as a Technician and the Automotive Technician job its the one that better fits his duties. He was a lawyer in Brazil and has been working as technician for one year now. We talked to a consultant lawyer and he said that if he does more than 50% of the duties listed on the NOC he will be okay even though he doesn’t have a license.

Hiiii , I know its been long also want to check in with you does your husband got PR as Automotive technician?? Is that right category because my husband also in same boat he works at MR lube as well , one lawyer suggested he should be fine as most of job duties match but on other side we are also confused with Noc -74203 ? Reply is greatly appreciated
