Hi,
I’m Canadian Citizen. I would like to invite my 13 Year old nephew to visit me during his summer vacation for 3-4 weeks. I have few questions.
1) howmany years of visitor visa would he possibly can get?
2) what kind of Documents required? Howmuch bank balance would be sufficient?
3) Would it be compulsory that He should be accompanied by his parent or any relative? Or he can travel alone without any issue?
4) Any suggestion that can help to increase Visa Approval chances?
5) what’s the timeline of Visitor visa processing?
Any help would be much appreciated.

1. Singlie entry, multiple years - will know when approved.
2. Parents show bank statements over last 4 months. Funds should be able to show that they can afford for him to visit, support their family and not use all savings.

4. Parents funds, proof of return (school/tuition, parents living and working in home country), travel history. Your letter of invitation should state what he plans to do for three weeks (detailed itinerary) and why you want him to visit.
5. Depends where he lives.
