Looks like we're in the same boat, my BG was also updated today with Feb 22 completion from Calgary. Waiting on LPP and oath invite.
Hopefully next week with oath mid March

Maybe IRCC did not ask me an FP because I remember when I had my first job in Canada, the company asked me to submit a Police Certificate where I needed to visit RCMP for FP, it was an express request and I just waited for 30 minutes to have my certificate release with stamped. I paid $100 for that express request.

I don't think so, RCMP or RCIC declare they will not store people's fingerprints. May be you are lucky.
