I received nomination and now applying 204C letter of support and then will apply for work permit for applicant.
whether Applicant dependent children can get any kind of visa or work permit to stay along with applicant once they approve work permit.

my PR application was cancelled, I had a nomination from Alberta, I have withdrawn the nomination and received new NOI from AAIP, but AAIP has refused to send me link to create a new application what would i do. I have emailed my New NOI back to them for about 2 weeks now response, I followed up still no response. I don't know what I will do

I had the same situation back in 2021, I got my EE withdrawn after receiving the 600 points from Alberta. I have tried to contact the officer, but he said he is not able to send a new PNP in a new profile, other provinces do that, but Alberta doesn't. I realized that it was impossible to have it, so after a few months of trying, I just gave up. That's sad, but Alberta is tough. I hope you have another reply here from someone who got this, but as per what I have experienced, there is no chance for Alberta to send it in a new profile.

I know, I reached out and they already informed me that it can’t be transferred to new EE. So I created new EE, and received another NOI with the new EE number, sent back the NOI correspondence to them to get a link to create another application after I withdraw the old PNP, until now I have not received any feedback from them. It’s about two weeks now. I don’t know what to do next
Most of who applied after 20th October and are outside Canada majorly seems stuck.
I got my EE application canceled as a result of being incomplete after receiving a 600points nomination from AEE. I created a new EE Profile for my points to be transferred to the new EE Profile but was turned down by AEE stating I have to withdraw my previous application with them, which I did sometime around late February or early March. From the aaip portal, my withdrawn application was approved late March but haven't received a letter from Alberta confirming my withdrawn application. I have sent several emails to them concerning the status of my withdrawn application but no response till date.

Please is there anyone that recieved noi recently from Alberta in their express entry profile within last few months? Please kindly share your experience. I recieved noi and sent the email to respond with my express entry profile number but never recieved any acknowledgement or checklist or link to the portal, what should I do as the two weeks time frame is almost coming to an end? Thanks in advance.
