I have not received that letter. However, Eligibility has been passed and GCMS notes say "ready to finalize", since May.
This forum mostly consists of applicants who applied Protected Person to PR application, which typically take around 2 years. Canadian Experience Class wait time is half than refugee applications. You should be getting positive response in few weeks.

Hello guys. This is the only information I have on my application. No response yet. I called IRCC and they said everything looks great we don't need anything from you just wait. I'm now getting so frustrated
  1. We received your application for permanent residence on June 22, 2022.
  2. We started processing your application on January 4, 2023.
  3. Medical results have been received
I put in a web form and this is what they said

This letter refers to your application for permanent residence in Canada under the Protected Persons
class.
It has been determined that you meet the eligibility requirements to apply for permanent residence as
a Protected Person. Please note that a final decision will not be made until all remaining requirements
for becoming a permanent resident have been met. These requirements include medical, security and
background checks for you and, if applicable, your family members. You cannot become a permanent
resident until you and all your family members have met these requirements.

This is eligibility passed letter. When did you receive it? We both applied for PR at same time. I received this update in Mid October. Next will be final decision and then pre portal. It can take around 6 months for normal application. How many applicants are in your application?

Case depends on your number of applicants in you application. You have to provide police certificates for the countries you have visited more than 6 months before coming to Canada and also if you have a military background in your country can add minimum of 6 months in addition to your application. What is your case center CPC Vancouver?

Then you would get final decision in upcoming weeks, hold tight don't get frustrated, think about people who are applying for PR now. But if you are still curious you can request GCMS notes, notes consists of detailed information of you application. It costs 5$ and comes in your email in 30 days

Thank you for the encouragement. Another thing that's frustrating me is I have a very good job and until I get my PR I cant be permanent, i have to renew my contract with every new WP. And my WP expires in August

You will get PR before June. IRCC has reduced processing times for refugees, although it says 26 months for the refugee to PR applications but information is based on last 6 months applications. I have been monitoring forum for a while and have witnessed single applicants are getting PR under 24 months. After 6 months of eligibility letter, you should be PR.
