Who sends eCOPR?
I just called Ircc and they said my primary office is CIO (Central Intake Office) which I assume is in Sydney and my secondary is Montreal.
I got P2 on Jan 22 but nothing after that, i have sent follow-up emails a couple of times but no luck.
My P1 was from Montreal and P2 was from a general portal email

Seems it's still within normal processing time, especially Montreal office. A lot of people got P2 on December are still waiting for ECOPR. I got P2 on Jan 16 from Etobicoke. Sent email to all VOs but it didn't work.

for P2, I just forwarded the response email from P1 to all VOs and thats it. I received P2 after 2 business days.

Sent multiple emails to all VOs following this
P2: Jan 29th.
Submitted photo, etc Jan 30th.
eCOPR: Pending
PR Card: Pending
My initial P1 came from Montreal. I didn't see a specific VO on my P2.
Thanks for the update, Did you try contacting IRCC after P2? I am waiting for eCOPR as well.
