I applied for visitors visa for my family, my husband and I visa was granted but that of my daughter of 5 years was refused and I reapplied for her around. August 2023 but till now no final decision.

What were reasons for refusal? Did you order GCMS notes? Where does she live?
She may have been refused for family tie. Your permits were approved as your daughter is a your tie to return. Did you include documents for her to return - school registration/paid fees etc. All you can do is wait. Nigeria has the highest rates of claiming asylum when reaching Canada, so IRCC will take longer in processing.
alright,any idea on ircc processing time for visitors visa, it's more than almost 6 months we reapply for her.
Raise a webform. You should have ordered GCMS notes if agent didn’t tell you reasons for refusal. You need to know reasons to reapply because if you just reapplied with same documents then it will be refused.
I asked him the reason why they refuse her but he said, he knows what to do. He was d one that reapply for her.
So you don’t even know if a) he reapplied or b) what new documentation he included. He could have sent in fake documents or lied on the application, you don’t know.
What’s your travel history? Your profile ? What did your agent put in your application ? As mentioned, you can assume the child is your tie to return home .
