No invite despite CRS score and Tie-break rule met

I belong to the same category just spoke with the IRCC and they said they couldn’t help me and they can see clearly no reason on why I wouldn’t recieve an invite. They told me to raise a technical issue ticket using the webform and could expect it to be resolved. I did that providing all the screenshots for the proofs, hopefully they fix my issue, I will update this thread once I received a response but if anyone are on the same boat I recommend them to create a technical issue. It’s a worth of try rather than waiting for some miracle to happen.

Yes I used others in the technical issue I used permanent resident and I created another issue saying technical issue.
