Many of us got this update on the tracker. As far as I could understand from different threads, it means that your application was approved (yet to see any cases where any rejection happened post COPR document number was generated). You can see the document number by clicking on "View records" right next to the COPR expiry date.
The next step is to wait for the PPR (Passport Request) e-mail from IRCC. According to some threads, it can take 2 weeks to 2 months to get this mail. Most people get this in 2-3 weeks or less. Please note that some people have mentioned that they did not receive any e-mail but had the PPR request letter on their GC Key. So do keep an eye for that.
You have to send your passport for PR visa stamp via VFS Global along with some other documents which would be mentioned in the mail (or check other threads/videos to know more). Of course you can post any queries here and if we have any answers for you based on our experience, we shall help you out.

Hi everyone, got remedical request 3 weeks ago, completed the medicals within 2 days and medical updated as completed on tracker within 3 days of medicals completion. I have not received ppr request yet, it has been more than two weeks since medicals was updated as completed on tracker. Anyone with same scenario or anybody else has an idea about when to expect the ppr mail ?

I just got the PPR letter on my GC key.
I didnt receive any mail yet. Just saw an alert e-mail in my inbox from IRCC that they have sent a message on my GC key. When I checked, the request letter was there in the GC key messages.

Yeah, I meant the alert mail - I think that's usually all they send. Great to hear things are moving though!

I thought they sent a mail with instructions or something. Anyways, I think most people in my timeline are gonna receive it tonight or tomorrow.

So all steps in tracker are completed, except for my spouse - elegibility not started yet.
I saw an update on the portal yesterday: Final decision - December 6, 2023:Your application is in progress. We will send you a message once the final decision has been made.
And I see COPR numbers and expiry dates on trackers since yesterday. Is this a good sign that the application is approved?
