Please suggest some ways to get early PR as I came here on 1 year study permit and then 1 year post work permit.

It's really impossible for any of us to comment with such limited information.

Do you qualify for Express Entry? Have you calculated how many points you have?

Do you have a job right now? If so, which province and what occupation? Is your employer willing to obtain an approved LMIA to support a PR application?

You can certainly enrol in another program. However note that you will not qualify for another PGWP once you complete your second program.
