Financial Evaluation for Parents Sponsorship

Hello!
My mom is sponsoring my grandmother who is a widowed. When filling out form 5768, this part is a bit confusing?

Previous undertaking that you signed as a sponsor that are still in effect.

My mom sponsored us before to become PR. My dad, myself and 2 other siblings. As of 2023, our age are the following:

Myself - 26
Sister - 23
Brother - 20

So, I am not sure if age matters in this situation or what matters is that we are still a permanent residents?

So your grandmother was selected through the latest PGP lottery. Your mother will show that she makes LICO for the last 3 years for herself, husband, son (20) and her mother. So 4 people.

That part is so confusing as we are not sure if every taxation year (2020, 2021, 2022) myself and sister would be included since in 2020 my sister is still dependant to my mom.

Your were over 22 in 2020. So your sister was a dependant in 2020 so that would be 5 people.

When did your mother sponsor you and your siblings? That also is a factor independent of your ages.

The length of undertaking period (except Quebec) for sponsored dependent children is 10 years, or until age 25, whichever comes first:

Therefore, for 2022 and 2023, she don't count you in the undertaking.

No what if you are under 22 in the specified years you are part of family size that year.

I turned 25 last year. Basically, I need to put 6 in question 3B and i think at the bottom of the form, there is a portion where you put the family size.
