if you get on eCAS that line Medical results have been received just know you passed the medical admissibility but before to get Decision made you still have to pass Background check.
Can we be 100% sure we passed the medical admissibility if we see "Medical results....." On eCAS? Some say we will receive an email if we passed the medical.

i think if there are probelms with your medical results they will inform you after few weeks of you finishing your medicals, so it seems like you have passed it. no need to worry

Thanks for the reply. But there're only an 8 days difference between me taking the medical exam at the IOM and the status changed on eCAS to "medical results..... Recived". It's been like that since the past Wednesday.

Hello everyone. I'm a refugee and a few weeks ago i was told i was approved after waiting for almost 10 months after my interview, i signed my loan agreement at the end of my interview. They acknowledged the delay and promised me they will accelerate my case, and they did as they promised and they sent me prearrival letter and medical request the same day and again they received my medical result within 8 days. Some people told me that within those 10 months they might have finished my background check and it'll be over soon but i doubt it. Do you think this will be true? I started the process arround the beginning of 2021.

Until you get a Decision made, PR approval email just know your PR application has not been approved yet, you still have to pass background check and that one they process it after medical and biometrics.

Thanks Niyuba for your response. I was a little bit confused because i finished my biometrics, pictures taken and signed loan agreement during my interview almost 11 months ago. I think you might be right they just kept my case idle for the past 10 months before the "congratulations your case has been approved for PR pending medical" email few weeks ago. Thanks again.
