How does WES evaluates olevels?

I have a job offer from Canada under NOC 14200. It requires high school diploma to be done. Kindly tell me anyone how Wes evaluates olevel. Is it considered as high school diploma?

To the best of my knowledge, O levels are equivalent to grade 11. So not the equivalent of high school which would required grade 12 equivalency.

Plus for that NOC, you really need a diploma in accounting especially with a LMIA

so if I add only my ASlevel papers to it will it be considered 12 grade, or would I have to add Alevel papers to which comes after Aslevel papers?

I have done Acca foundation diploma papers. Wes has evaluated it as 1 semester of university.

So you don’t meet requirements. One semester is not a diploma.
