Just as the tagline says, someone came up with a curious question today. Hope to get some insights.
So how do aged people like grandparents and parents fulfill language requirements for citizenship?
Is there an age limit to sit for IELTS?
Some of them even don't have higher secondary education...
Thanks for taking time to answer, read and even giving a thought.

18 to 54 years of age have language requirements. All others are exempted.

I was curious about how about like people who did not complete their education or are not able to sit for IELTS.

That means they just keep on updating the PR card so as to maintain their status?

Essentially, yes.

They would need to continue to meet the residency obligation for PR (730 days out of every rolling 5 years) and then continue to renew their PR card.
