Ladies and gentlemen, as an 11th-grade international student from Europe, I hope to apply for the Canadian 2-YEAR Technical College next year. And hope that after graduation engaged in technical occupation. But now I look up information on the Canadian government's immigration website and find that the mechanic profession basically involves taking the red seal and participating in the apprenticeship program. If this requirement, I simply can not work in the Canadian government to give me a three-year work visa period to complete one year of work experience requirements, so I can not get PR, I understand right? How Do I solve this problem, cordial greetings

You may be eligible for Express Entry or a PNP program if your CRS score is high enough without being licensed. It is abased on your age, work experience, education and language. Having only a two year diploma and one year of experience may not give you a high enough score and you may need to work all 3 years to be invited. Apprenticeship and licensing can take years so you would be PR by then. What trade?
