how can I finish 1 year working experience in 3 year working visa?

Ladies and gentlemen, as an 11th-grade international student from Europe, I hope to apply for the Canadian 2-YEAR Technical College next year. And hope that after graduation engaged in technical occupation. You may be eligible for Express Entry or a PNP program if your CRS score is high enough without being licensed. It is abased on your age, work experience, education and language. Having only a two year diploma and one year of experience may not give you a high enough score and you may need to work all 3 years to be invited. Apprenticeship and licensing can take years so you would be PR by then. What trade?
