Question about Submitting Additional Information after Application

Hi folks,

I just submitted my PR application, sponsored by my common-law partner. I realized that I left out a piece of information related to person history in IMM 5669 by accident. Should I submit a web form to explain and add this information? Is that going to constitute a misrepresentation?
