Citizenship Application for Minor - ID Requirements

I wanted to confirm about two piece of ID for minors in citizenship application.
I read in one of the posts that PR card can only be used if other ID is Canadian Issued document
I was initially thinking of using Passport and PR Card
If this is correct then I am thinking of using PR Card and Ontario Health Card , although it doesnt have photo of child.
Kindly guide me ?

We included OHIP along with the minor's passport.
The instruction says that: Both pieces of identification should show the minor’s name and date of birth, one of which must have a photo on it.
So if you are providing existing passport (which will have photograph and other biographical details) along with OHIP it will fulfill the requirement

The paper and on-line apps previously had different ID requirements, not sure if they have fixed that issue yet. Our 1st on-line app was returned due to using the Passport and PR card. We re-submitted it with the PP, OHIP card and also added the vaccination record as an additional doc. We got AOR last week.
