Hi, i'm confusing about my case
So, my case is decision made, it show me "sent correspondence on oct13,2023 about the decision" but i didn't see anything on mail.
What should i do?

The IRCC practice, so far as I know, is to put correspondence on GCKey, not to send to an email address. Do you have a GCKey account? I would expect so. Look there under "New Messages".

When you say you sign in by partner, does that refer to a "sign-in partner" such as a bank for accessing Canada government websites? Are you at the "decision made" stage with never having GCKey access? I am not sure what kind of application you have made, but I am guessing it was submitted some time ago.

I just took a quick look at the IRCC site, seems signing in with a partner will work if IRCC application is linked. It says, once linked, all mail will go there, which suggests that, if you are not linked, you should have received email. The link process is described here (although I expect you have already seen this):

I tried GCkey already, but can not link as well. Should i call for cic?

I use a sign-in partner to deal with the CRA, but for IRCC, signed up for a GCKey. Maybe try signing up for same?

Yeah, I guess. I am kinda' out of ideas. If someone else comes along and adds something useful, that would help, but might not happen.
