Same here. Just met with my lawyer and the advice is to stick to the story as much as we can and if possible, take out at least 30 questions that could be asked during hearing. I personally used Chat GPT where I shared my story and asked the AI bot to ask me questions related to my story, it works! Will keep you posted. Goodluck :)

Thank you for the tips. Will try it out. Good luck to you too. We will all post back with good news.

Assume OP has a regular hearing based on time since applied. You will basically be asked about your story and reasons for needing asylum. The hearing length is not set so will last until member no longer has any questions. Some members tell asylum claimants that they have been approved after the hearing but many do not give out the results of the hearing at the end. Some only send results by mail whether approved or refused and sometimes members want to reflect on the hearing and potentially do more research before deciding whether the claim will be approved or refused.
