Hello All, My father's visitor visa was refused twice .I lost my mother last year and he has been living alone in India since then. The reasons were pretty standards .-1.Your assets and financial situations are insufficient to support for yourself and 2)The purpose of your visit to Canada is not consistent with a temporary stay given in the details .
He is working as a part time lecturer in India, shown around 8 Lakhs in bank account. No property under his name and reason to travel was to be with was to be with family that's me and my wife and kid. I am not eligible for a super visa until Feb 2024.We are so stressed out .I am loosing sanity over the fact that he is alone and can't be reunited with family. Please suggest what should i do in this case .I am looking to reapply ,but fears the same rejection will happen again as the personal situations haven't changed.Kindly advice.

Bare in mind that a Supervisa is still a visitor visa , and they’ll eventually have to return to their home country
