I have applied for study permit 5 weeks back and nothing is moved. Tried to call them also but could not got a chance to speak with anyone.
Can we do anything about it?

Short answer is no.

There's really nothing you can do but wait.

You are not even past processing times so all you can do is wait. No point in calling or sending webforms.

As per IRCC website, it is 5 weeks which are already over.

So you are inside Canada? How are you eligible for inland processing. Inland is only available under a few circumstances - spouse is on study or work permit, Ukrainian etc. And the website says - Our processing times show how long it took us to process most applications in the past for each application type - doesn’t mean you will get a response in 5 weeks.

Also, you can always check how long it’s been taking others to get their study permits in the tracker here https://myimmitracker.com/en/ca/trackers/study-permit-tracker. Might be helpful to reach out to the ones who have a similar timeline to see how long it’s been taking them or if they had to wait the same way you did. Hope you get it soon!
