PR confirmation portal timelines

As i am waiting for my ecopr can i go outside of canada and will get the copr in india. Is it possible and gonna be no issue. Please suggest

How much time does it take for photos to be approved by IRCC? Yesterday I got Portal 2 and uploaded all. No ECOPR yet too.

I feel you but looks like everyone is experiencing delays now so I don't think this is related. but I certainly understand your concern and hopefully we will receive eCOPR soon!

Your actual Visa will be unvalid once you get the CoPR, you can travel, but you will need a PR card to be able to enter to Canada

You will receive an email when eCOPR is ready. It might take a few hours to a few weeks. I have been waiting since August 31. Hope we can receive it soon!

but as far as I know, you can not legally get ecopr outside of Canada isn’t it?
you need to be physically in Canada to get ecopr.

I received the IRCC confirmation for PR requesting all my and my husband's details, as per the document on - Sept 14th, 2023.
Replied to their email - same day - Sept 14th, 2023
Still waiting for Portal login credentials and link....
The VO is - Montreal, Canada.
I thought they send the credentials sooner, but its been a week now. Do you think I should email them again? Will improve or hurt waiting time?

Portal 1: August 28
Portal 2: September 1 (address and photo submitted same day)
EcoPR: September 21 (both primary and 1 dependant - mailing address accepted)
PR Card: waiting

VO Etobicoke. Hopefully everyone is waiting will receive this week as well
