Additional Documents Requested twice

I applied for RNIP PR on March 21st 2023, I received the medical request on June 09th, and then a request letter for additional documents on August 16th. I submitted those on August 19th. Then on August 22nd, I received another request letter from IRCC for a supporting document (travel information- starting form age 18 - because the one prior I submitted was previous 10 years only). I submitted that just yesterday.

I am hoping this is a good sign??? How long does it normally take to hear back form them about a PR update after such requests? Am i on the right track?

Nothing on my application portal is updated yet - it all still shows that 'we are reviewing, and it is 'still in progress'.

It does mean they are working on your app which is a good sign. You should get a message acknowledging they have received your web form. As for an update on your profile depends on when they review the new info and the eligibility, background section etc. they are working on is completed, can't give you a time frame for that.
