Outland file returned/rejected

Hello all,

I orginally submitted my file on 15th June and my spousal sponsorship file was returned on July 24 due to missing document. I resubmitted my file on 8th August and provided the required document. My question is when can i expect AOR? Do they consider previous timeline or they will restart the process ?

if you filed your taxes and provided the NOA's but if your not able to pay taxes right now could you still apply?

NOA will show your earnings, paying taxes back to CRA is a separate thing. You could have a payment plan and it doesn't affect super visa application.

If you have a repayment plan with CRA.
