No one can tell you if it will be rejected. Not knowing your age but you and your mother should be showing your own funds too. Funds must be in personal accounts. IRCC may or may not consider your uncle's funds as he is not an immediate family member. Funding could be cut off at any time. Funds are just one part and IRCC will look at ties to home country as well as program building on career and education to justify costs.

Nothing stopping you from applying but you are 30 years old so no longer a dependent. You should be showing your own funds. Again, funds is just one part of the approval process. Property sharing with uncle is not relevant and not cash. You need to show that the program will expand on your career with higher pay/promotion as well as expand on education. You want to show ties to your home country (business, property, job offers).

Thanks again for your fast reply. I am doing job in a bank for 6 years. My uncle have no children. If I transfer only one year tution fee to my account will it be accepted by VO? And will it increase the acceptance ratio? And will any affidavit from my uncle will work for my profile?

Transfer money from whom? A dump of funds in your account is a red flag. Have uncle pay first year tution. Affidavit means nothing.

My uncle paid 1 year tution fees. He has made a declaration of local guardian and will pay all fund related with my study.

You are 30 years old, you don’t need a guardian because you are not a minor. See what happens And wait for response from IRCC.

Don’t know. Told you several times that funds is just one part. You are 30 years old and have been working for 6 years so you should have some of your own funds.
I haven't save any penny that's the problem. Seeking your kind suggestions regarding these matter that how I will organise all documents.

If you are from an SDS eligible country, suggest to apply through that route. Pay 1st year tuition upfront and deposit $10K in GIC. SDS requires less PoF than the regular stream. However, note that applying through SDS does not mean automatic approval. Application will still be assessed based on merit.
