Have you been asked to prove it? What is context of what you think you need to do?

If it's just general while for example you prepare a conjugal sponsorship application, I believe you could just provide a copy of the wikipedia page and note that same sex consensual sex is criminalized and authorities can/may assume same sex individuals cohabitating are violating those laws.
