Nov 28 Aor Update:
July 26 all tracker fields turn to completed and the Summary of documents status shows doc number and expire date for COPR.
July 26 portal, last update: Final decision - July 25, 2023:Your application is in progress. We will send you a message once the final decision has been made

update:
Although there is no update in tracker, I called IRCC asking for status of my application today.
They said my application is approved and I just need to wait for a officer contacts me for next steps.

Nah, GCMS notes won't create ghost updates.

Hi, it varies some people get portal 1 soon after as for me when this happened I called IRCC and the agent told me a decision had not yet been made. But atleast you are sure they are working on your file
