I applied three times for visitor visa, in the first and the second try, I applied with my family and i got refused, in the last try, I applied alone also i got refused, I believe that the visa officer didn't examin my documents since the reasons for rejection are not in line with uploaded documents, experienced member what di u suggest?

So fixed assets are not considered unless you can convert to cash tomorrow. $18k is all your savings so how much for a trip to Canada vs how much does your spouse and children need for living expenses. If spending all money on a trip then doesn’t make financial sense.
You can ask for reconsideration if you feel there was an error in judgement without submitting new documents. Financials may still be an issue.
The trip is for two weeks, I will stay at my uncle house, so i think I will spend maximum 4000cad, in addition I have the salary at each month end that cover living expenses , there is a chance to got the visa if Resubmit a new application with same documents with a detailed letter of explanation?
How many times have you applied over the last two years? If this is the fourth application, may want to wait a number of months. IRCC will wonder why you must desperately come to Canada. Include a detailed itinerary with costs to show not using all the savings. Future income is not cash. Include a detailed job letter (salary, how long there, duties) with approved leave.
