PPR when outside of source country

Hi all
Asking this question again since I got no comments on my last post


So i applied for a visit visa for my Mother when she was in Egypt and now she got the PPR however she is currently in the UAE visiting my brother
My question is will it be possible to get the stamp in the UAE? And if so how should this be approached? Should I email the IRCC or the visa office telling them that?

Yes you can send her passport through vfs dubai office. Just get appointment from vfs and submit the passport. There is no issue

So we dont need to send to the issuing office telling them the visa office change?

No. Just get the appointment for passport submission and go to vfs office for sending the passport. I think u need to pay fee because u apply from another country. 81 canadian dollars. But 1st u need to get appointment via mail, online, on call etc
