PR confirmation portal timelines

They only sent one email (Portal 1) on July 24. I replied within an hour and received the automated email response.

i sent a reminder email with the same information requested few days later because I didn’t receive portal 2.

now I’m thinking to send another reminder because there has been no response from them since that first email.

If you are VO Montreal, it usually takes time to receive the second portal

As I saw in other guys from VO Montreal responses here, it will take between 11 days to 25 days to receive the portal 2. Don’t be worried

Thanks for your reply. Even if I didn't receive acknowledgment after responding to their very first email, there shouldn't be an issue, right?

When you answered the portal 1 email, did you receive the auto reply email back?

I responded to the VO Montreal on August 2nd the same day, but I didn't receive any auto-reply back.

Looks like there is some tech issue with Montreal VO email

I think the problem with VO Montreal is the following:

1) They are inefficient, there is no doubt about that.
2) They probably have the most PR requests and they don't have enough staff, plus some of them took vacations.
3) We are sending emails, replies, 2nd replies and everything gets even more complicated.

I think it's only worth sending a reply if you haven't received any confirmation.

The key: be patient, accept that it is taking 15 to 20 days to receive the Portal 2 and wait.

It's frustrating, and it generates anxiety, but if we keep sending emails, calling and generating web forms, everything is going to get even more complicated.

I never recieved email for portal 2,I just check my pr portal and found out a tab is added after 19 days of waiting

But you had the existing account, correct? In our case, they say that do not make account yourself otherwise it will delay the process. So we do not have option othen than to wait.
