Question regarding AOR: Need Clarification

Hey Guys,
I have a question regarding AOR. I applied April 19th, 2023. I have received email about my application number on Jun 23. However, I'm wondering if that's the AOR?
I don't see any PDF. Does the AOR come as pdf or just an email? Where can I find the pdf of AOR?
Since they ask for a pdf of AOR stating that the application is being processed for OWP.

Also, can both sponsor and PA both link to gckey or just the PA? Right now, only my wife (PA) was able to link to gckey. I've (sponsor) tried many times to link but it always says no application found.

The above came as an ordinary email. Who cares if it's in pdf format or any other format? It's the content that counts.

You can save/print the email as PDF and attach to the OWP application.

I missed the concern about pdf format for OWP application. Of course, as @YRV123 suggests, easy to convert to pdf if that's required.
