My wife study visa got refuse paragraph R216(1)(b). Officer has specified the purpose of stay is not consistent and that you will not leave Canada at the end of your study as required by Paragraph R216(1)(b). She pass out her academics 2016 B.com accounting and Finance with 74% ,ielts overall 7.00 not less than 6.5, Pass out from Mumbai University .

What is the program if she has a B.Comm. What is her current occupation? Her program must show education and career advancement to justify costs. She also has a big study gap.

So is this a post grad program? Years? If she has a B.Comm then the business management part of the program is not necessary. Is she now in the HR department? How will taking HR in Canada based on Canadian HR practices help her career and current job? That is what she needs to address. Why does she need to take the program in Canada? Are there no HR programs in home country based on country practices?
