Does anyone know the current VFS timeline for passport submission

is there any premium service available for fast courier

There is no expedited service here

Depending on which visa, the stamping is either done at Bangalore or Delhi
So your passport will go via Blue dart and then to Embassy and back to blue dart & back to door step
if you are lucky this can happen a few days sooner but cannot predict owing to any monsoon & transit delays
