Same issue here. Also I've applied for parents Super Visa in August 2022 and still nothing. Anyone else experiencing such delays for Super visa? My friend applied last month and apparently got it in 2 weeks.
I swear it feels like every time I deal with IRCC my files end up as a coffee coaster.

Same problem. Well to contact IRCC by some weird web-form means wait week+ for respond... So maybe someone can call them and tell about this issue and thousands of people posting about it here? I can't call them personally because too expensive calls...

I have the same problem. Yesterday almost had a heart attack because I thought that the account with all the applications was deleted or smth. I’ve even changed my password but still nothing. I filled the web form someone suggested earlier here but as I understood I can only wait for IRCC to fix this issue.

I started filling out the form on CUAET yesterday, but then I got kicked out and this error occurred. Do you think it will be possible to complete it after the technical maintenance is finished?

As far as I know, after the start of the application submission, there is a 60-day window. However, I'm not sure if that applies in this situation.
