I am filling out (PRTD) application. The section asked for my UCI number. I do not know my UCI number and I was wondering what should I write in the application

Do you have any previous applications under your gckey? Your UCI number should be there. As well as any old visa counterfoil or SP/PGWP/SOWP/VP (whichever applies). UCI can also be found in your CoPR.

I do not have any of what you mention.. I planned on writing eight zero on the section where I am ask to write the UCI number. Please let me know if it is the write thing to do

Just to clarify, are you applying for Permanent Resident Travel Document? If yes, then I presume you already have CoPR as well as PR visa (if you were an outland PR applicant).

I am actually applying for permanent residence travel document. What I’m trying to say is what should I write when I am asking the UCI number..

I see that you were issued a PR in 2010. Not sure if UCI's existed at that time, but look into any email correspondence you might have received from IRCC or PDF docs. They are likely to have your UCI number in it.

To be honest with you, I have checked all my emails there is nothing with the UCI number.. What I am asking is since I do not have the UCI number what show I write down instead

I forgot my client ID/UCI. How can I get it?
This eight or ten digit number looks like this: 0000-0000 or 00-0000-0000.
Look for this number on:

• letters we sent you
• your immigration document such as a PR card, study or work permit

If you do not have any of these documents but want to fill out an application form, you can leave the field for UCI (Client ID) blank.
If you have not dealt with us since 1973, you will not have a UCI or a Client ID.

I guess you need to contact IRCC then. If you became PR in 2010 then you would have applied for PR card renewal sometime in 2015. Hence, should've had your UCI.

When I apply for renewal I was not giving any UCI number.If I may ask how do I contact IRCC?

Your UCI my umber is on the front of your PR card.

@ armoured, I lost my PR card… And I do not have any corresponding email from IRCC. Therefore I do not know what to write when ask about UCI
