Hello, my parents are moroccan and they have a residency in Saudi Arabia under my brother in law sponsorship, with some job titles that they are not performing just to be able to go visit my sister and her kids. They don’t work both and they have no goods back in Morocco they are living in my sisters house and taking care of mine.

They are currently in Saudi Arabia. I am pregnant and I would like to bring them both for the baby delivery, I am afraid that it will complicate the process and it will be rejected as we just received super visa for my mother in law. Should I just request visitor visa just for my mom. We have enough income my husband and I to sponsor more than 4 people. Is there a chance that the visa for both parents can be accepted?

Your parents need to show their own funds, travel history, ties to home country to get approved. For a TRV, your funds don’t have to be considered. If for a super visa, it is the total number in your family so you include your mother-in-law so for at least 5 people.

Thank you for your reply! I want to apply just for visitor visa, I may apply just for mom at first for the pregnancy and maybe next year for my dad, our income is enough for 5 people but I am afraid of any kind of rejection.
I need to register in RICC, should I open an account under my mom’s name and put her email address or it should be under my name since I will be applying from Canada. Will the application be considered as application from Canada or outside Canada. It’s my first time I have no idea from where to start.

If for a TRV, your income doesn’t have to be considered. Your parents show funds to support their own visit. She is the applicant and applying from her country of residence even if you are applying on her behalf. You can act as her representative and there is a form for the two of you to sign.

So she needs to show ties to home country (spouse, job, properties, investments), bank accounts, travel history (UK, US, NZ and AUS).

I am creating the IRCC account for my mom. I am not sure for the question « are you giving someone access to your application » Shoul I select yes both representative and grant authorization to IRCC to release info to another person ?
And next question: did your representative give you a submission letter? Should I select No. I am the representative not sure if I need to provide submission letter?

Yes, you want access and say yes and apply for use of representative.
