OINP Employer Job Offer: International Student stream

I'm planning to apply for OINP Employer Job Offer: International Student Stream program, I have a couple of questions if possible;


The first question is: I have completed my 2 years of study during COVID and it was entirely online due to the restrictions, in the application they are asking about the location of the ( in-person) study, how should I answer this question, please?

the second question is about the Valid license or other authorization, Ny NOC code is (22310 – Electrical and electronics engineering technologists and Technicians), My duties 90% match the duties in this NOC code, in the NOC website they said that the Certification might be required for some positions, so I believe that it's not mandatory for all position in this NOC code, My position is Junior Building Automation Designer, my employer said that I don't need any Valid license or other authorization to do this position, and they mentioned this in the employer forum, will this be enough to proof that I don't need Valid license or other authorization when submitting my application?

You would need to give your home address as the location of your studies. If you were outside of Canada for your studies, then I don't believe the nomination will be approved. Ontario requires you to have completed more than half of your studies while living in Canada. I don't believe the province has made any exceptions due to COVID. You may want to check with a lawyer before you apply to make sure you aren't wasting money on fees.

Hi, I was in Canada for more than half of my study, it was online but I was in Canada, I just spent the first semester doing it from my home country and then 4 semesters I was in Canada.

Do you know anything about the NOC code please?
