I submitted my federal application after receiving CSQ in December 2022.
I have done Medical and Biometric and also received Pre-arrival in February 2023, then I was asked for CV and submitted in Feb-2023.
Since then nothing has happened in my application! anyone knows what should be done?

I think we have to wait for one and half month for final decision after medical passed .Considering lots of people in this thread applying before us are still waiting, maybe we still have to wait for a long time

when you call IRCC they tell what's the latest note in your profile.
call IRCC and just ask what's the current status. I am doing the same

I have a question for medical exam as I passed it in December 2021 but when I checked the status of my application, I found that I had passed the medical exam on May 03, 2023, Knowing that I didn't attach the document of the previous medical exam, as I thought it had expired.
Is it expected during the procedures that they will come back to me making a medical exam again?

I think they'll extend the old medical exam for you, under the current policy:
