Online or Paper Application??

Hi all,
As we all know, IRCC switched over to online only applications. My partner and I made the account for Outland family sponsorship (common-law) and in the guide on our account it is stating we need to mail it by paper to a certain office.
Is it safe to assume this would be correct? Does anyone else have something similar? We are only iffy because everywhere else on the IRCC page says online application only. We’ve reached out two weeks ago by email to IRCC, but no reply back yet.
Am I missing something?

What are the steps to submit an Outland sponsorship application?
Applying to sponsor a foreign spouse or partner is a multi-step process:

• Step 1: Obtain the application package found on the government website; it includes a guide with instructions and forms that will help you complete the process correctly.
• Step 2: Pay all required application fees online.
• Step 3: Complete and sign all required forms. Be sure to check whether additional country-specific forms are required depending on your spouse or partner's country of residence.
• Step 4: Send your application to the right visa office and mailing address in Canada by following the instructions provided in the guide you downloaded.

Can you provide a screenshot or at least say where did you find the requirement to send it on paper? I mean in the official guide.

im not sure how to add a screenshot here, but on our account under our application, it has the guide then states: “Submit your application package. Make sure to submit……… afee receipt in a stamped envelope addressed to:

case processing centre …..”.

At the Top it also mentions to mail it. Which is confusing us a bit with the move to everything being online.
