Hey sorry just want to clarify something...
You mentioned:
  • MD: April 21, 2023
  • MP: May 03, 2023
But
  • MD to MP: 3 days?
Hi, yes. I counted from when the clinic actually submitted the medicals to IRCC, that was one week after we completed it. Three days later we received MP.

You said you passed your medical exam. How did you find out? You called IRCC?

We have recently submitted our application for Permanent Residency (PR) and are currently in the initial stage, known as the Assessment Review (AR). We are wondering if it is possible to undergo medical examinations in advance before they are requested by Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship Canada (IRCC). It's worth mentioning that we are currently residing in Canada. Thank you for your assistance!

Hi, AR means application received.
You can do medicals if you wish. Be sure to share the document given to you by the Clinic with IRCC via webform so they can locate and link your application.
Personally, I would wait until I receive AOR.

Not sure if I can post here but, please see the email received by my wife:

Welcome to the Permanent Resident Confirmation portal process.

The attached PDF contains information regarding the confirmation portal process.

Next steps:

In your reply to this email, fill in the information for yourself and for each member of your family. If you are not sure of the exact date(s) of your entries to Canada, you can provide your best estimate.

As the principal applicant, you will act on behalf of your dependants. If you would prefer your dependants to have their own accounts, please indicate so in your reply to this email.

Name:
UCI:
Application #:
Email for the Permanent Resident Portal:
Your eye colour:
Your height (please provide in cm):
Original entry date (YYYY/MM/DD):

I am the principal applicant but she received this email stating "as the principal Applicant", does everyone receive the same email? Should she reply now, or should we wait until I also get an email?

Thank you!
