InshAllah, you will get PPR soon. As I have read cases from Indian couples that PPR is usually received within 1-2 months of PRE-ARRIVAL.
One question tho from your experience:
Do they update Eligibility straight to ***COMPLETED*** or there is also a status ***IN PROGRESS***?

No they updated straight to completed
In my case my tracker updated eligibility from not started to in progress. And then asked for additional docs. Right now its still in progress. Waiting for it to get completed its been 15 days

hey Im january 2022 spousal outland pakistan. I’m in the same situation as you. Its been 10 months since medical. It will expire on july 29 2023. They just asked for additional docs recently and there is silence again.
I and my husband filled it ourselves. He is the sponser. I hope we get ppr before medical expires
