Optional Documents for SDS

Hi, I need to know if any of the following should be added along with the SOP/LOE. Also, should they all be in one PDF file?
1. Medical Reports (I'd taken a year drop due to health issues and I've mentioned that in my SOP)
2. Anything related to employment - salary details, experience letter, etc.
3. One page resume
4. Bank statements (in addition to GIC and tuition fees payment receipt)

Also, in the form under "Funds available for my stay", should the amount be exactly how much my tuition fees and GIC add up to? If not then will I have to provide proof for additional funds (i.e. bank statement)?

You will have a customized doc checklist based on your application
Anything that is not in that will go in the Other Documents section

as for the funds, it is advised to show what you will need to survive for the entirety of the program. If funds are not recent then sometimes you may get a request for proof or may be refused on that ground as well

when you attach docs for funds, the funds should be sitting in the account for at least some time & the statement should be most recent

Okay, last question - Is it okay to just provide receipt for full tuition fees payment and 10k CAD GIC so as to avoid further complications? Mine is a 1 yr course so I need 10k minimum. Also, I'm applying via SDS so bank statement would be an additional document for me if I were to add it.

If applying via SDS then GIC is mandatory.
Full tuition paid + GIC Is mandatory
Any further finances go in the additional docs
