Hi there,
Please tell me if I am a permanent resident and came to Canada with PNP the last year and want to sponsor my epileptic brother to Canada with my parents. He is above 18 years old.
How can I do that?

• Is his age factor is the issue or his health factor is the issue?
• What is a medical sponsor visa?
• If I sponsor my father, can he sponsor my brother as a dependent child? What's the solution...

How can you sponsor them if you just became PR last year. Sponsoring parents with children under 22 is a lottery. You would need to meet LICO for at least 3 years to even enter it. How old is your brother?

There is no such thing as a medical sponsor visa. You must sponsor everyone to enter the lottery and all must pass the medicals.

As said above, it will not be possible to sponsor your brother as a dependent child of your parents. Your brother will age out (i.e. will turn 22) before you can qualify to sponsor your parents.

There really isn't any way that your brother will be able to get PR from you. If he wants to become a PR of Canada, he will need to qualify on his own through an economic immigration program like PNP or Express Entry.

I'm not sure what you mean by a medical sponsor visa.

  - There is no such spconsorship or visa. For visitor visa, he needs to proof that he is a true visitor and will return to home country. Also he will need private travel health insurnace (or show enough to cover his medical treatement during his visit

  - You cannot aponsor your father yet. As mentioned in previous replies, you need to proof with 3 years of income to meet LICO for your family size (including parents to be sponsored and their dependents) and once enter into the yearly lottory, you needed to be lucky to be selected to sponsor. If your brother is still under 22 years old at that time, then he would be included with your parents sponsorship. BUT with his medical condition, it could mean that the sponsorship application (including your parents) could be refused of excessive medical demand.
