Hi guys, I applied for my brother's visitor visa last month and it got rejected. My brother doesn't want to live in canada bcz he works with my father backhome. But we didn't meet for so long so I told him to atleast apply for visa so we can atleast celebrate my birthday together then he can go back to Pakistan. We attached all the ties thay he will return to pakistan like he owned a shop there he work there and also my whole family is there who needs him. And showed a good financial status. And they rejected saying that u have not established that you will leave canada reason are: you have strong ties in canada. You employment doesn't show u r established in ur country. You have limited employment possibilities in ur country. Let me know what to do next? I wanted to apply for my parents I thought once my brother coke and leave then I will apply for my parents and 2 younger sister one is 11 and other is 15 years old idk should I apply for them or not now??

So the shop is in his name? What did you include to support his business (taxes, registration, client receipts, contracts to return)? If he is over 22, family is a spouse and his children not your parents or siblings. How long was visit and how much funds did he show in the bank?

You can apply for your parents and siblings. They need to show funds for four people, ties to home country (tuition paid/registered, business registration, job letter with approved leave), travel history and reasons to travel.

Yes the shop is in his name. And rightnow the business runs my father but he is a part of it as a employee so we submitted a employment letter from my father to him and the visit was only for 2 weeks since he has to go back at work and funds showed 6000 cad approx. And he is 25 and not married.

Almost how much funds for my parents and siblings?? And what if they don't have that much? And they don't have any travel history in past 10 years. My father used to live in Saudia Arabia while back in early 2000s

So he needs to provide business registration, contracts, taxes to show that he will return. Your father writing an employee letter makes no sense because it is his son, and the business is in your brother’s name not your father‘s name. He has no family ties so it is difficult for a single person to get a TRV. So he needs to strengthen employment ties (business), show additional ties (properties, investments etc.).

A trip to Canada is expensive once you include airfare for 4 people. They want to show considerable funds to not only support a visit but also show they are not spending all savings for a trip to Canada. For 4 people, minimum $20k.

He needs to address reasons for refusal - You employment doesn't show u r established in ur country. You have limited employment possibilities in ur country.

His employment is limited because he works for his father, and there is no reason for him to return to job because it is with the family.

Ok. You said business was in his name. So his ties are very weak if he works for your father. Can he prove that he actually works there - taxes paid, client reference letters, education that relates to job? Your father writing an employment letter with approved leave is not enough. It is not proof he actually works there.

Getting a visa for your parents and younger siblings may be very difficult as well. How did you get PR in Canada? How long have you lived in Canada? Given their limited travel history would suggest starting with just your parents visiting or one parent visiting. That would start a record of them following the immigration rules and having dependent children in your home country and/or a spouse creates a lot more ties. The amount of funds needed for 1-2 people to travel is substantially less than a whole family. If you are single it would be a lot less expensive for you to go to Pakistan than for 5 people to come to Canada.
