Issue about the POE letter after visa stamping

I have received my passport with the visa stamp on April 05, indicating that my study permit is approved. However i have not received any information regarding my Port of Entry which is essential for to enter Canada.
I am getting concerned about the delay in receiving my POE as my class starts from May 08 as i am travelling to canada on May 04. I have raised webform and sent email to the immigration but i haven't received any response from ircc my last message on GCkey account as original PPR request on Feb 21

What can i do ??

Not quite sure what you are referring to. If your passport has a TRV and your study permit has been approved then you’ll get the actual permit when arriving at the airport in Canada.
