But I noticed in my GCMS that there is an Application Assignment information with a due date of April 12, 2023. Do you see any Application Assignment in your GCMS notes and what due date does it show?

Thanks for responding. I will suggest that you should raise a GCMS note after some time if you don’t see any progress. They need to assign it and it should have a due date.

Thanks. Actually I asked for full GCMS on Apr 17. Hopefully will see some progress especially after ending of the strike. Any movement on your side?

Nothing yet. The strike started a week or so after the deadline for review on my file which was April 12. I have also requested GCMS to ensure the file moves forward a bit. Waiting to see what happens now that strike is over too.

Dont know why but today I received another acknowledgment of documents received email from ircc. Not sure if it is a system generated email according to my last document submission via webform in the beginning of March (i already received it in March). Or something is going on and somebody touched my application. I will be looking for a ghost update on tracker if this is a true assumption.

I received something similar on April 20, a day after the strike began too. Fingers crossed.

Just you not your spouse right? Have you sent them any additional docs in the past? If it’s not your spouse then it’s not about condition 32.

By the way just above assignment section in GCMS there is

Location: Project Endeavour

written in mine. Could you check yours and spouses?

Yes, I did send them a note and some additional document. What I did was that since I saw that they had not assigned our file even after they stated that it was back in processing? I wrote a note addressed to the officer and explaining that my wife’s condition 32 has been passed. I attached a copy of her GCMS. I then also request my GCMS. I received a response in early March when I sent the note via web form but also received another notice on April 20 for the same note.

Yes. I have the same thing there too. The only difference is that mine shows the number of the officer who assigned it and the number of the officer to whom it had been assigned to with a due date of April 12, 2023 which has long passed by now. The strike and all affects it I guess. Then they also did a second criminal check for me as the current one expires in June.

From our oct applicants whatsapp group, one guy shared this for location section of GCMS: “Location: Review Ready (at LPP stage), good sign, just waiting for BC, otherwise it would be test ready (test to be completed), or grant ready (pending oath while LPP is completed).”

He said he had never seen project endeavour before.

I suspect Project Endeavour is the very beginning it the review process before it is assigned and worked on for the purpose of LPP. I believe once the officer start progressing it, it will change to oath ready or whatever the next status is.

I also think because we have done BC and test and our file was kept aside for condition 32, that may be why it is showing project rendezvous!
