Hi everyone, I have sent a webform a month ago regarding updated LOA and they already sent me an acknowledgment letter and it updated on my status tracker that ‘We received blah blah’.
Today again on the tracker there was an update saying ‘We received the information you sent us. We’ll review it and let you know if we need any other information from you.’
However, I hadn’t sent a new webform or anything. What does this mean?
