Need help regarding pcc(urgent)

Hello guys.
I am still very confused regarding pcc. i received a request from irccc needing pcc from my home country but i left my country when i was 16 and never travelled back since.
Do i need to provide pcc eventhought i was under 18?

Do the instructions not say that you need a PCC from any country where you lived for 6 months or longer since age 18? I would respond to IRCC and remind them that you left at age 16.

Yeah i read all the instructions and every website i go it always mentions the age 18.I assume they just send out the request as soon as possible so the applicant can get them incase if required.
Ive sent a webform but no response yet .
should i be worried? i have about 10 days left to upload.
I submitted all my passport with the application so they can see all the stamps to check when i left my country and all.
